These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WC Predict 26 website at https://wcpredict26.com (the "Service") operated by WC Predict 26 ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

WC Predict 26 is a free-to-play prediction game based on the outcomes of FIFA World Cup 2026 matches. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only. It is not a gambling, wagering, or betting service. No money is staked on the outcome of any prediction, and prizes are awarded based on skill (number of correct predictions) rather than chance or financial wager.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to create an account.
• If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service.
• Residents of jurisdictions where prediction games or skill-based contests are prohibited are not eligible to participate.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Account Rules

• You may create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") will result in immediate disqualification from prizes and account termination.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Predictions & Scoring

• You may submit a prediction for the outcome (Team A win / Draw / Team B win) of any match in the FIFA World Cup 2026.
• Predictions for a given match are locked the moment that match kicks off. After kickoff you cannot change or submit a prediction for that match.
• Each correct prediction earns 3 points. Incorrect predictions earn 0 points.
• Ranking on the global leaderboard is determined by total points; ties are broken by accuracy percentage, then by total predictions made.
• We reserve the right to correct points or recalculate the leaderboard in case of technical error.

5. Subscriptions (Pro & Legend)

• Pro Predictor: US$4.99 per month — ad-free experience, advanced stats, CSV export, Pro badge, custom username colour, priority email support (24h).
• Legend: US$9.99 per month — everything in Pro, plus exclusive Legend badge, private leagues, early-access features, monthly Legend-only giveaway, top-priority support (12h).
• Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can cancel any time by emailing support@wcpredict26.com; your benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are at our sole discretion and generally provided only for technical errors or duplicate charges.

6. Prizes

• End-of-tournament prizes (iPhone 17 Pro Max, PlayStation 5, AirPods Pro 3, Amazon gift cards, jerseys) are awarded to the highest-ranked accounts on the final global leaderboard.
• Winners will be contacted via the email address registered on their account within 14 days of the World Cup 2026 final.
• Winners must reply with valid identification within 30 days to claim a prize. Unclaimed prizes may be re-awarded.
• Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash-equivalent value.
• Where required by law, winners are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or import fees in their jurisdiction.
• Employees, contractors and immediate family members of WC Predict 26 are not eligible for prizes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts or automated tools to make predictions.
• Create multiple accounts or impersonate another person.
• Harass, threaten or post hateful content in the Fan Chat.
• Post spam, advertising, or links to malicious content in chat or any user input field.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service (excluding user-submitted content), including the WC Predict 26 name, logo, design, code and graphics, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. FIFA, World Cup, the names of national teams, and team flags are the property of their respective owners; their use on this Service is purely informational and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

9. User Content

By posting messages in Fan Chat or any other input field, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that content within the Service. You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of what you post.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WC Predict 26 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (or US$50 if no payment has been made).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, unless local consumer protection laws grant you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance via email or an on-site banner. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance.

14. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, liability, governing law) shall do so.
